Welcome to our family log cabin – a place where honest craftsmanship, natural materials and the peace of the South Bohemian landscape come together. We built the log cabin ourselves, from logging to the roof, using traditional Canadian technologies from solid wood. In the attic, we used 100% flax insulation and straw boards to make the building as environmentally friendly as possible. We also think about ecology – we use rainwater for flushing and around the log cabin we have created a large fenced garden with intentionally uncut areas for insects , which support biodiversity. For perfect relaxation, the log cabin has a wellness area with a Finnish sauna, a cooling tub and a whirlpool hot pool , from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of nature and our animals.
