Booking details and conditions

The price includes:

All energy is WELLNESS
Bed linen, towels and bath towels
Chopped wood for the fireplace and for use in the outdoor fire pit

The price does not include:

Final cleaning, in case of insufficient cleaning a fee of 2000 CZK will be charged.
Fee for rollaway cots - 200 CZK/night
Pets only by arrangement - we tolerate small breeds - 300 CZK/night

Check-in:
between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.

End of stay:
by 10 am

Payment terms:
When booking, a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is made (within 3 days - non-cash) 30 days before the start of the stay, the second part is paid (within 3 days - non-cash).
The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival (the deposit will be refunded). In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the guest will pay 100% of the total price.

THE APPOINTMENT IS RESERVED ONLY AFTER THE DEPOSIT IS PAID TO THE ACCOUNT.
